Is Nexito Plus The Right Medicine For Depression And Back Pain?

Doctor i am using nexito plus for about 4 years.. I am having a problem of ibs, back pain, despressive moods.... The medicine was and is still effective... But when if laugh or if i use my brain more the feeling good effect depriciates... Am using a tablet daily... Can i continue it or who i must see a pscychiatrist or a neuro doctor... Pls help me

I can understand your concern. Nexito Plus is Escitalopram and Clonazepam combination. The drug combination is used commonly in depression and anxiety disorders. You had symptoms of Irritable Bowel Syndrome, depression and chronic backache and are stable on this medicine. As you are continuously taking the medicine since last 4 years so in my opinion you should see a psychiatrist for reevaluation. You are stable on this medicines but since you are taking medicine since long so the dose should be changed or should be discontinued if needed. Visit a psychiatrist for help.
