If all of your products are MINOXIDIL preparation then they are useful for hair loss of any cause
But
If your hair loss is Androgenetic/ male type/ familial it can do almost nothing for you.
In that case you need hair restoration surgery.
You can visit a dermatologist for confirming your type of hair loss.
