General & Family Physician 's  Response
HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

These medications are not normally used to help treat panic episodes or shortness of breath.
They would help control irregular heart rhythms due to the a fib.

There are medications in this family of drugs, that can be used to help with the symptoms of anxiety, but this is not one that is usually used.

Alternatively the benzodiazepine family of medications can also be used eg valium, xanax etc

I hope this helps
