Is Melanocyl Ointment The Right Medication For Vitiligo?

Im 30 year old. I have vitiligo for the last 8 years. Presently I m under treatment. I take melanocyl 2 tablets and expose it to the sun after 2 hours for about 5 minutes. I also apply placentrex gel on the affected areas twice a day... My question is can i switch over to melanocyl oitment...instead of tablets. And how should it be used?

Melanocyl ointment is better than tablets if the lesions are not discreet and extensive. Tablets have more side effects because they are absorbed in blood and travel in almost all body. I suggest use of ointment along with placentarex lotion in case of vitiligo.
