My son is having fever from 27th morning with headache I am started giving calpol 250mg every 4 hours the temperauter is going 102.3 after giving calpol it will comedown up to 101.3 again it will increase so I can give meftal 250mg if i start giving meftal only that medicine should continue to how may days

If the dose is not sufficient then the drug wont show any effect. It is advisable to give the paracetamol 15mg/kg every 6th hourly to control fever.
