Is MRI Scan Necessary For Minor Head Injury?

Hi I hit my head on a table at the laundry mat and weeks later I can see one of my veins go in and out on my forehead. I don't have any other symptoms but I wanted to know if I need an MRI . It stops and goes. I don't have pain brutus I feel it right on my forehead like a heartbeat.

IF HEAD INJURY IS ASSOCIATED WITH NAUSEA ;LOSS OF CONSCIOUSNESS AN IMMEDIATE SCAN IS NECESSARY;AS YOU HAVE NOTICED VEINS COMING IN AND OUT YOU NEED A THOROUGH NEUROLOGICAL EXAMINATIONS TO RULE OUT OTHER ASSOCIATED CONDITIONS;THERE ARE PALPABLE AREAS IN TEMPORAL REGION WHICH CAN GET AGGRAVATED LIKE IN CONDITIONS TEMP.ARTERITIS
SO IT IS BETTER TO GO FOR NEUROLOGICAL CHEKUP
