Is MIBG Scan Advisable For A Nodule On The Adrenal Gland?
I have a rare tumor between my heart and sternum. My doctor thinks it is a paraganglioma. Thisis very frightening for me. I also have a nodule on my left adrenal gland dr. thought it may be a phenochromomycytoma but blood results and a 24-hour urine came back negative. Looks like the nodule may be nothing to worry about. My dr. ordered a MIBG but now that the lab works was negative, I am wondering if I need the MIBG. Your opinion please.

I really appreciate your concern, what ever the condition is there it should be never to be worried unless it is being diagnosed with the investigations the exact condition may be different than what it is being suspected so right now no need to worry about this, hope this information helps.
