Hello,
In view of the past history of miscarriage and the fact that you have PCOS which creates hormone disturbances, your doctor may have prescribed these medications. While Duphaston is a progestogen that helps to maintain the pregnancy, Aspirin in low doses is useful to improve the blood supply to the uterus and thereby prevent improper growth of the fetus. So, both the medications are of use in your case and you may continue with them. Please take adequate rest, healthy diet, avoid stress and get regular follow up. Take care.
