Is Lactulose The Right Medicine For Constipation?

Hi I have severe constipation, with history of hemorrhoids, operated. I take precautions like eating fibrous food no non veg sprouts 6 litres water etc bt with 30 ml lactulose and cremafinn each constipation does not ease and hemorrhoid have reoccured within 1year. I am a male age 33

Lactulose as well as Cremaffin are both good medications, for softening of stool and relieving constipation. But regularly using for over a long duration should be avoided.
As regards hemorrhoids, this is a chronic condition. It does recur some times with in a few months to years. All the necessary precautions need to be continued. Thanks.
