Is Ketorol Advisable Post Intake Of Signoflam For Severe Tooth Pain?

Hi I am suffering from severe tooth pain. It probably is my wisdom tooth that I am avoiding taking out. Anyways so all of a sudden the pain started and I took ONE signoflam tablet an hour back. But still there is no sign of improvement of pain. Can I take Ketorol dt within an hour of taking signoflam. The pain is not going away and is becoming unbearable. Please advise.

Hi..
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..

As per your complain it seems that if your pain is due to wisdom tooth then either the wisdom tooth is deeply decayed or the gum flap over the wisdom tooth is inflamed leading to Pericoronitis..
As you took Signoflam that contains Aceclofenac and Paracetamol, you can very much take Ketorol DT after an hour of taking Signoflam as there is no serious drug interactions seen between the two..
You can also do warm saline gargles..
Do cool compresses over the cheek..

It can provide some relief but complete relief cannot be guaranteed until you get the tooth treated..
You should consult an Oral Physician and get evaluated and a clinical evaluation and x Ray can help in diagnosis..
As you are already advised extraction you should get the tooth extracted to get relieved permanently and to prevent further spread of infection and inflammation that can cause severe discomfort..

Hope this information helps..

Thanks and regards.
