Hi & Welcome to HCM.
I can understand your concern for the weight gain following the use of various medications prescribed for the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis.

Yes, Inmecin-R (Indometacin) is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug commonly used to treat inflammatory diseases of the joints & surrounding tissues such as rheumatoid arthritis, bursitis, etc. It is more potent than Etova in relieving the pain and swelling associated with rheumatoid. Since both these medications work in a similar way, hence there is no need to take Etova as long as Inmecin-R is being prescribed.

The weight gain appears to have been caused by Omnacortil (Prednisolone) which is a steroid commonly prescribed during the acute flare up of the rheumatoid arthritis for a short duration and discontinued gradually on tapering dose. Consult your doctor so that the dose of Omnacortil can be gradually reduced and stopped if you do not have acute exacerbation of the disease.
Continue the other medications (SAAZ, HCQS & FOLITRAX)which are useful in slowing the progression of the disease. & PAN 40 which is prescribed to prevent the drug induced stomach acidity issues
