Is IBS Symptom Of RA, Hashimoto S , Sjogren S Syndrome Or PTSD?

I have RA, Hashimoto s, Shogjens (sp), and PTSD. I m medicated for these. The Zoloft of 100mg I ve been taking for about a month. For the past two plus weeks I ve had watery diarrhea. Is IBS part of this complex of conditions I have? I ve been diagnosed and medicated for the first two for four years or so.

Read and reviewed your query and health concerns.
You seems to suffer from -drug induced diarrhea from Zoloft-Sertraline.
With zoloft for 1 mth,you got watery diarrhea for 2 weeks lately.
But IBS needs to be ruled out,as Cl.Difficile could also cause similar complaints.Recent research has established relation between IBS accompanied dysbiosis of gut as a cause for auto-immunity leading to RA,and other auto-immune conditions of yours.
Recent immuno-modulating biologic treatments in all autoimmune and cancer illnesses is also based on this research in dysbiosis and autoimmune diseases.
Hope this would help you to plan further care of this complex illness of yours.
