I am 30 years old male from India. Recently I had a full body massage by a male. He massaged my penis with foreskin pulled back (to the sensitive skin for almost 5-6 minutes) . I ejaculated on his hands. I am not aware of any cuts on his hands. Definitely, he did not have any bandage. Nothing more happened. He was fully clothed during the session ( one hour). We DID NOT indulge in oral/anal sex. Am I at the risk of HIV if he has cuts on his hands, 2. If (I am not aware of his status) he is HIV positive and had cuts? Do I need any tests? I am scared and regret going to massage parlor. Please help.
The chances of acquiring HIV occurs in 2 cases: 1. If your partner is affected with HIV 2. If there is any cut/raw surface in your mucosa through which the infection can spread.
If the above mentioned criteria doesn't hold true for your case, then there is no need to worry about getting HIV.
However, to relieve your concern, you can undergo certain tests like p24 assay or PCR for HIV, which becomes positive within a week and are almost 100 % sensitive. Even the presence of a single virus in the body can be detected by PCR. So, if this test comes negative, you can be sure that you are safe.
Wishing you a good health. Take care.
