Is HIV Transmission Possible Through Non Penetrative Intercourse?

Hi, I am a male of 30 years from india. First of all I am very glad for your valuable contribution towards mankind. On 13th Feb,2016 I was masturbated by a female sex worker on a bed. When I reach the climax I ejaculated on her breast and I am 100% sure there were no anal and vaginal penetration and oral sex. But I can't remember if I accidentally touched her vagina by my penis being we were naked. So I am very worried now. Do I need test for HIV ? Please help me. Thank you.

Hi Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..

I have gone through your query and can understand your concern...
No there is no chances of HIV transmission through non penetrative intercourse. HIV transmission is possible through blood or body fluids only. Even the sweat & saliva of a HIV positive patient does not contain HIV virus. Therefore HIV transmission does not happen through touching, kissing, oral sex etc
Therefore you should not worry as non penetrative sex like masturbation, kissing, etc would not cause HIV. However it is better to use protection when having sex with a sex worker or a woman who you doin't know. According to me there is no need for HIV test in your case.

Don't worry you would be fine
Hope this information helps
