Hello
You were doing sex with girl and suddenly condom ruptured and she at once pulled .
But in this case ,however there is rarest possibility of getting HIV by you, because condom ruptured and pulled at once so remote chance of HIV.
But since cervical smear contains HIV so if your penis came contact with cervical smear or vaginal then there is possibility that you got infection.
To be absolutely sure you need to do the tests at 90 days & when it comes NEGATIVE then only you can be declared HIV negative as window period for HIV might be as high as 3 months .
However antibodies to HIV begin to appear within 2 weeks of initial infection , so you can get rapid pcr , rna , P24 NUCLEIC ACID AMPLIFICATION test .
Chance of getting HIV by you is minimum but at least some chance is there .
Hope this will help you.

Thanks for your query at HCM
The possibility of HIV in heterosexuals after a single intercourse is 1 in 500.
You can get tested for HIV by ELISA in ICTC center after counselling. If the duration is less than six months then often ELISA is negative. In such cases you have to go for p24 testing in window period. You must also be aware of other infections by sexual intercourse like syphilis, chlamydia, etc. You can also get a VDRL test done. There is no need to panic just get the tests done. Even for patients who are HIV efffective anti-viral treatment is available.
