Is HIV Test Done After 13 Months Conclusive?

Hi Sir ,thanks for using your time for people like us,,I m from Ecuador ,13 months ago A girl practised oral sex on me ,,,,since that time no more sex ....... since that time I have tested 6 times,,last one was on September 2014 HIV combo duo negative 0.08 ,however,I feel a little bit weird and the only problem I have is sswollen node in my neck and worries about it,...... My doctor wants me to do a test for viral load but I m afraid it could give a wrong result ,,what do you think and suggest ??

Assuming that every thing mentioned in the query is right I am replying this answer .
13 months back there was ORAL SEX of unknown HIV status . After this there was not any risky encounter .
Oral sex is a much less efficient mode of transmission of HIV INFECTION.
Although HIV can be isolated in the low titers from the SALIVA of a small proportion of INFECTED individuals ( in your case HIV status of that girl in not clear ), there is no convincing evidence that saliva can transmit HIV infection by oral sex or kissing because saliva contains endogenous antiviral factors .
So , now there is no need of any tests .
Enlargement of lymph nodes around the neck may be due to another reasons .
Secondary infection in throat.
Tuberculosis .
Take a treatment for these enlarged lymph nodes and no concern about HIV .

Swallon node may be due to other infections like in throat.
You have not mention the status of that girl.
Test becomes noticable after six months and you have done your test many times.
So don' t worry and be relax. You are alright.
Still if you have doubts, get test done after 3 or six months.
