Is HIV Test Accurate After 6 Weeks From The Act?

Hi Doctor,

I had a protected sex for less than 1 min. Condom did not break during sexual intercourse.

I did HIV screening test 6 weeks after possible infetion in central lab bangalore. Test was 4th generation combo Ab HIV1/2 and P24 antigen test. Test was negative (test index was 0.401). I asked window period for this test to lab people. They told me minimum window period is 5 weeks (30day).

How accurate is this test after 6 weeks (42 days).
