Hello
Let me explain that how HIV spread.
Large , multi-institutional studies have indicated that the risk of HIV transmission following SKIN PUNCTURE from a needle or A SHARP OBJECT ( as in you case a pointed nail in rickshaw ) that is contaminated with the blood form a person with documented HIV infection is > 0.3 % and after mucous membrane exposure it is 0.09%.
But in your case skin was punctured by a nail , so if it was contaminated then , is a cause of concern ,that too very very less chance even less than 0.3 % .
2nd point is there is rarest possibility that nail was contaminated with infected blood before it was hurt you.
So in my opinion , don't worry , you are HIV free.
Good luck.
