Hello dear I understand your concern I would suggest to consult infertility specialist and undergo examination, reproductive hormone analysis, USG scan and ovarian follicle study for better management. Glyciphage help in maturation and induction of ovulation by decreasing insulin resistance. Treatment response should be monitored by USG scan/ovarian follicle study. If you have problem in maturation and rupture of follicle then I would suggest to take tablet clomifene citrate, HCG injection.
