General & Family Physician 's  Response
HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

There are some interactions between some of the medications.

(1)Fluoxetine and metoprolol interact- Fluoxetine affects the breakdown of metoprolol and causes increased levels of this medication which can be associated with problems

(2)Meloxicam can also affect metoprolol levels though the effect may not be as significant as the above reaction

(3)Fluoxetine also affects the breakdown of the meloxicam and can cause increased levels

(4)metoprolol and meloxicam both have the potential to increase potassium levels so this should be monitored

I hope this helps
