Hi welcome to HCM.

I understand your query and concern.
You seem to be receiving the right kind of treatment with antihypertensive drugs to control your blood pressure. Its always advisable to keep your blood pressure under 130/80 mm of hg pressure.Resrict the intake of salt to less than 6g/day.Regular brisk walk for 20 min a day for 5 days a week will help.Repace H is superior to ESLO AT and help to control the blood pressure with greater accuracy.I advise you to have a baseline echo and ecg along with serum electrolyte study.Semiannual lipid profile testing will also help to control the blood pressure with ease.Consult your cardiologist for further help.Post your further queries if any.
Thank you.
