Is Effexor And Ireven The Same Medicine?

I have been taking Effexor 150 mg and when I went to the chemist with a new prescription they gave me ireven 150 mg. when I said it to the pharmicist they said it was the same and I just want to check that it is as I don t want to be taking a step back with my recovery?
