OBGYN, Maternal and Fetal Medicine 's  Response
Hi, I have gone through your question and understand your concerns. Duphastone is progesterone which is given to make the uterine environment more favourable For the fetus. It has no role in the treatment of the dermoid cyst, neither does it aggravates the cyst.
Your doctor is correct in saying that it can be removed only after14 weeks of pregnancy, as attempt to remove it before can lead to higher chances of abortion.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
Wishing you good health.
