Hi Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..

I have gone through your query and can understand your concern...

Duphaston contains Dydrogesterone ( a variant of natural progesterone hormone) 10 mg. Dydrogesterone is pregnancy class A drug & it is used in over 10 million pregnancies worldwide. It can be given in pregnancy & it will not cause any problem or complication in you as well as the the developing foetus.
The reason for giving you duphaston is reducing the chances of miscarriage in first 3 months of pregnancy. Taking duphaston decreases the incidence of miscarriage significantly. Miscarriage is a very common problem in first trimester of pregnancy & more than 10% pregnancies end by this way. As you are planning to work as flight attendant therefore taking duphaston is advised to you.

Refer to your gynaecologist
Hope this information helps
