General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello dear Greetings
Regarding your child persistent diarrhoea and vomiting after intake of domstal and lanzol I am suggesting that you child has an enteritis

In view of this please do a stool culture as I am suspecting an E. Coli infection which child of this age are prone to its infestation

Concerning whether to give the medication for 10days instead of 20days will be decided and evaluated more efficiently by a paediatric specialist so please book an appointment before consultation

I hope this helps Regards
