OBGYN, Maternal and Fetal Medicine 's  Response
Hi, I have gone through your question and understand your concerns. Cytotec is misoprostol which is a category X drug which means it is a teratogen. It has a increased risk of congenital anomalies in fetus like skull defects, cranial nerve palsies, facial malformation and limb defects when taken in first trimester.
I would suggest you to consult a fetal medicine specialist and get a detailed anomaly ultrasound at.18-20 weeks of pregnancy.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
Wishing you good health.
