Hi..
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..

As per your complain it seems that you are suffering from constipation and blood in stools seems to be due to injury to the anal mucosa while straining to evacuate hard stools..
Cremaffin contains Milk of magnesia and liquid paraffin and acts as a stool softener and a lubricant and eases in bowel evacuation by softening and lubricating the stools..
It can be used in case of acute constipation..
Along with it drink plenty of water, take a high fibre diet, take plenty of green leafy vegetables and fruits and salads..
Do moderate workout, walk after meals and avoid stress..
You can also take fibre supplements like Psyllium husk..
In case if it dos not resolve in another one week consult a Gastroenterologist and get evaluated and he can advise you investigations like Colonoscopy, blood test to rule out the exact cause of pain and treat you accordingly..
He can advise you prescription drugs like Linclotide and Lubiprostone for relief..

Hope this information helps..

Thanks and regards.
