Is Copaxone A Base Medication For Chemotherapy?

Hi..I ve been diagnosed MS about 2 months ago and starting 40mg Copaxone (3times a week) for the last 2weeks already..my question is; Is Copaxone base medication for chemotherapy ? may this medication will have side effect such as falling hair ( getting bald ) at the end ?? Thank u

Copaxone is used along with combination of drugs in chemotherapy but itself this medication is quiet safe and good and this does not cause falling hair such as baldness. This medicine is used to reduce relapse rates in neurological disease such as multiple sclerosis.
