Is Betnovate Cream The Right Medicine For Psoriasis?

Hello, I have been prescribed Betnocate for psoriasis. I have been using it for about 7 days. The forecast os for sun this weekend, which can also help with my psoriasis - but am I supposed to avoid the sun when using this cream? (I ve also been advised by another doctor that locoid may be a preferable cream...thanks
