Exercise, and lose weight! fatty liver in your age suggests that your above the recommended weight for your height. the best way to reverse a fatty liver is not through medicines, but with weight loss, associated with reduced caloric intake and exercise, like maybe, a brisk walk for 30-45 minutes a day. You do not have a compromised liver. And so, you may continue with your doctors prescription of azithromycin, as long as you do not develop any unwanted side effects.
