It is advised to start by eliminating the simple causes and in your case, stress seems to be an important factor. Try to eliminate stress as much as possible, by returning to your favorite hobbies or activities, or giving yoga a try. Baby aspirin isn t strong enough to be relieving this type of headache, so I would recommend Advil (ibuprofen). If the headache continues or Ibuprofen doesn t work, then I strongly recommend you see a doctor for further investigation. All the best.
