Hi,
Welcome To Healthcare Magic.

I can understand your concern regarding to health.

First of all, wound should be cleaned with tap water and soap and then flow the tap water for 30 minutes continuously on the wound. In such case, according to the guideline of WHO you have to take 5 Anti-Rabies vaccines intramuscularly on days 0 (within 24 hours of bite), 3, 7, 14 & 28 and 1 injection of Tetanus within the 24 hours of bite. In case if you have taken incomplete dose of anti-rabies vaccine then you must take all of them again otherwise no need to take again. If you have already taken Tetanus, then no need of it again. According to the guideline, if the bite occurs within the 15 years of above vaccines of complete dose then there is no need of vaccination.

Take Capsule-Ampoxin (if no allergy), 500 mg, 3 times in a day at the interval of 8 hours for 5 days. Apply Betadine ointment (if no allergy) for local application 3 to 4 times in a day in thin layer. If you will feel pain, then you can take Tablet Vetory-SP (if no allergy), twice in a day for 3 days after meal with milk. Keep the wound open is must.

Hope this information will be helpful to resolve your query and further queries are always welcome. I will like to answer them.

Wish you good health.
Take Care, Thank You.
