Is ALP Level Of 144 Indicative Of Liver Disease?

My ALP level tested at 144, but my AST level was 17, my ALT was 17 and my ALB was 3.9. Is this possibly indicative of liver disease? I have also been told I am in in Stage 2 CKD due to a Creatinine level of 0.8 (I am a 52 year old white, female, wt: 185 lbs). Does CKD have an effect on ALP levels?

Hi welcome to health care magic...

Your liver enzymes level are within normal limit...

Here your ALP not elevated because of liver disease...

Your ALP increased because of chronic kidney disease...
So yes CKD leads this increased ALP...

For CKD investigate according to need like IVP or USG...
And consult nephrologist for treating it according to severity..

Take care

Hope this will help....
