Is A- In Female And B+ In Male Compatible ?

Hi, My marriage is fixed in Aug 2011. My blood group is A- and for my partner whom i will marry is having B+ blood group. Are these blood groups compatible? Hi My blood group is A- and for my partner whom i will marry in 4 months having B+ blood group. Are these blood groups are compatible?

Hi, welcome to HealthcareMagic

Your partner and you have Rh incompatible blood groups. It would have been useful if you had mentioned your gender. If you are male then there is absolutely no problem. However, if your are a female, you would have to have regular anti-natal visits, and you would have to be given Anti-D Immunoglobulin within 72 hours of your first delivery.
