Yes; that's quite low, but the question is, what's "right" for you. Be sure you are using a blood pressure cuff that is small enough for your arm. If you still get a low reading, and you are experiencing symptoms - dizziness, vertigo, etc. - then see your doctor to find out what treatment is appropriate for you. If you are feeling ok, then I'd say just consider yourself lucky that you don't have to fight HIGH blood pressure like so many people!
