Hi. My fiancee struggles with depression and has not been able to continue her medication because she is out of state and her doctor won't give her a Rx because he wants her to come in first. She has been averaging 400 (yes, 400, not 40) 25mg Diphenhydramine in ~2 weeks and I'm wondering how risky this is and what I should do.
