Irritation In The Right Side Of Throat, Dryness, No Sleep. Can Any Remedy Be Provided?
Hi.... i hav a terrible irritation in the right side of my throat . feels like i cant pull wats stuck there. and the area seems to be absolutely dry. I have a doctors appointment today but not able to wait till then as facing major problems while i lie down to sleep . I havent slept a wink since yesterday till now. and that is why requesting for your help. Please help me sleep.

do warm salt water gargling 4 times daily .
drink plenty of fluids .
do not use the air conditioner.
you probably have a viral infection so get plenty of rest and eat healthy.
you will feel better soon.
