You say you have to internal type of hemorrhoids, but this will first have to be diagnosed by a doctor.
Now coming to treatment, the first piece of advise a doctor would have to give you is to avoid straining while passing a bowel movement. You will also be given stool softeners or laxatives to avoid straining while passing a bowel movement.
To start off with you might be advised creams, ointments

For internal hemorrhoids
there exist various minimal invasive procedures
