Irregular periods with scanty flow, black blood, UTI indicated small uterus size. What could the problem be?

hello doctor,I have a problem of irregular periods with almost negligible quantity of blood ...and whatever comes out is in the form of black blood.I had undergone through ultrasound but doctors said that everything is normal but my uterus is small.My age is 20 years.May i know what may be the problem,.please reply.I m in tension .
