Hi,
Thanks for using the HCM. I am happy to address your questions, yes during menopause, a woman's ovaries stop making eggs and they produce less hormones causing symptoms. Periods occur less often and eventually stop. Sometimes this happens suddenly. But most of the time, periods slowly stop over time. Menopause is complete when you have not had a period for 1 year. The first thing you may notice is that your periods start to change. They might occur more often or less often. Some women might get their period every 3 weeks. This might last for 1 - 3 years before the periods completely stop. In addition to irregular menstruation there is increased stress, breast tenderness, vaginal dryness, forgetfulness, mood changes, and in certain cases of osteoporosis and heart disease. Hope I have answered your query. If you have any further questions I will be happy to help. Thanks

Hi Tracey,

Thanks for posting your query.

Yes, it seems like you are reaching menopause.

The tender breasts may be due to the implant. The irregularities in the periods may also be attributed to the hormonal implant.

Hope this helps.

Regards,
