Irregular Periods, Undergone Laproscopy. Taking Treatment To Conceive, Missing Period. Pregnant?

dear dr,Due to irregular period i had my laproscopy 27th feb because i have pcos.After having medicines i have cyle on march30. Now i taking treatment to get pregnant .From second day i takes CCQ 100 & Evatone Tabs and on 21st day of my cycle i take Naturoget 200 tab & Imga fol .Today April 30 i can't see my period.if there a chance to get prenant? i am 27 yr old lady & have 48kg.Pls give reply to me.

thanks for your query.
With clomiphene citrate there is always possibility of pregnancy, as the drug helps to induce ovulation.
Please take a pregnancy test if you are overdue.
Also, if not pregnant, consult an infertility specialist to have complete evaluation of PCOS.
You might need Metformin or other drugs to combat PCOS.
weight loss and lifestyle management is the cornerstone of therapy.
