Irregular periods problem, 1 week late, sore boobs, hot flushes, sore back. Any ideas ?

hi, my cycle has been very out of whack for the past 7mths and this month i m at 42cycle and i m 1week late for my period. i have sore boobs, hot flushes, period like pain (like what i would get before i actually get my period) and a sore lower back. I m to scared to do a test as i dont want to get disappointed. Any ideas?

The symptoms you are having are suggestive of pregnant state but can be very well as a result of premenstrual syndrome.
Not getting the test for pregnancy!
It would give you more happiness if the result is really positive but if you remain in uncertainty you would not be cheerful even if you are really pregnant.
So get a serum beta hCG levels, I hope the results turn out according to your expectation.
