Irregular Periods, Home Pregnancy Test Negative, Swollen Breast, Feels Light Headed, Lower Abdominal Pain. Chances For Pregnancy?

Hi, I usually have irregular periods, going by my last period I am 12 days late, took a hpt (-) but still have period like symptoms: swollen breast lt greater than rt with equal tenderness, feel light headed at times when walking/ woozy like feeling when ambulating, lower back ache and lower abdominal period like cramps with a fluttery feeling at times when laying down. Can I be pregnant?
