Irregular periods, have brown discharge. What is wrong?

Hi im 21 ive always had irregular periods but they always had the same irregular routine of when my period started but for a few months now its starting to be kinda odd , i will have my period and a couple weeks later start having blood discharging, its pinkish brown right now, and then a feww weeks ago i had a very thick fat chunks of white tissue like discharge, its really scaring me. This isnt irregular bleeding because i know how my period comes , whats wrong ? And could i even have kids being like this ?

it is very common in women who have irregular periods to have brown discharge.
Brown discharge is typically thought to be a mixture of old menstrual blood and tissue ejected from the uterus. It can preclude a period, arrive after or show up between periods,and is known as spotting.

most common causes include-

mostly there are some additional symptoms along with spotting such as-pain, having discharge that is watery or yellowish or white, frequent urination, vaginal dryness, depression, loss of appetite, burning and itching.

the treatment includes-
1.healthy diet.lots of fibre and water
2.excluding alcohol and caffeine helps
3.exercise and relaxation techniques such as yoga,tai chi etc
4.OCPs and other medications should be only taken as last resort.

its a common problem which can be cured easily and hence yes you can concieve kids.
