In the current scenario, the best way is to get a serum beta-hCG measurement and if it is positive, go for a confirmatory sonogram and see a specialist for further management. With the past history of ectopic pregnancy and the present cramping, you shouldn't waste time and seek medical attention at the earliest possible. Meanwhile, avoid all stress and intercourse. Wish you good health.
