am 25 yrs old.been treating PCOS for around ten years now.irregular periods,so much bloating and weight gain .for the last one week av been having discharges of different colours and also discovered a lump on my right breast.on doing a breast ultrasound it also shows there is a cyst on the left one.am having lower abdominal pain(continuous)the pelvic scan shows an anteverted uterus measuring 5.78cm by 2.78cm.the endometrium is 3.9mm thick.both ovaries have peripheral cyst,echogenic stromal and a volume of 19.05ml on the left and 21.21 ml on the right.what does this mean??
