Irregular Periods After Trying To Conceive. Does This Mean Absence Of Ovulation?

Hi, I am 30 years old & trying to get pregnant & have been trying for it for last 4 months. My periods before i started trying were a regular 24 day cycle but during these four months my periods are kind of becoming irregular. Its either coming 4 days earlier or 4 days later or 1 day later. what could be the cause? Do i need to worry about something? does it mean I am not ovulating?

Hi, periods occurring in the 7 days before or after the expected date of periods are considered normal and regular. You need not worry your cycles are not irregular. Mental stress has been shown to sometimes affect cycle length marginally. Regular cycles usually indicate ovulation.
