Irregular Periods. Tried Modus Tablets. Any Other Treatment Options?

hello i am from india, i have irregular periods since 3 yrs including my 1 1/2 yrs of my marriage.my cycle became very irregular that even after 50 days i didnt get my periods.so i consulted a doctor and she told me to take modus tablets, and i got my period regular the other month, and after that again the same problem.....what to do?i dont like taking tablets for this?help me with ur answer

2] I will suggest you to get USG done. In most of the cases irregular periods are due to PCOS condition.
3]You will need life style modification, for PCOS.
Indulge in routine exercise and healthy diet regimen.
4] Avoid fried foods, Salty foods, Refined sugars
5] Include more portions of fruits , vegetables and salads in diet.
6] In most of the cases even 10% fat loss helps to regularize cycles.
This will help to restore your normal function of your ovary and will help to conceive in future.
7] if needed Tab REGESTRONE 2 times a day for 5 days, can be taken from day 21 to 25 of the cycle for 3 months.
