Irregular Periods. Thyroid, Blood, Sugar Tests Normal, Pregnancy Test Negative. Advise?

hai sir iam 25 years old i married before 7months before marriage i got regular periods but after marriage iam getting irregular periods doctor has suggested me to go for thyroid and pregenecy test but in thyroid blood test and sugar test was good my pregnency test is negative next month i get date but same irregular period again suffers me alot kindly give me the best suggestion to get regular periods

Dear rajasri4u87, welcome to healthcare magic.
You already have regular periods and what happened after marriage is transient because you are putting yourself under too much stress.
If this stress is because you want to get pregnant, I would reassure you that there is nothing to worry about before one year of regular marital life with your husband.
I advice you to have intercourse at the days of ovulation which are days 11, 13 and 15 to increase your chances of getting pregnant.
If one year passes without pregnancy so we should start by having a semen analysis for your husband after 3-5 days of abstinence from sex, then you should have a blood test at cycle day 2 or 3 ( FSH, LH, TSH and prolactin ).
If you really have irregular periods ( >7 days after or before what you expect ), then start doing these investigations now.
