Irregular Periods. Had Unprotected Sex. Have Sore & Erect Nipples, Hot Flashes, Mood Swing. Am I Pregnant?

Hi, My period are irregular and my lmp was 11/28/12. I has unprotected sex on the 11th and 12th of February and 9 days I notice some spotting on the toliet paper only then two days later thin bright red bleeding for another 3 days. Its April and I'm a month late. Currently experience overly sored and erect nipples, hot flashes, mood swing and fatigue. Can I be pregnant?

Hello,

You can undergo urine pregnancy test and serum beta HCG levels to rule
out pregnancy along with TVS ultrasound . If reports are negative you should
go for hormonal assays Free thyroid profile and serum Prolactin for irregular periods.
